Registration
All conference papers must have at least one registered author (this can be a student) no later than early registration deadline (July 15, 2014). One person can register multiple papers as long as that person is a co-author on each of the papers.
Early registration closes on July 15, 2014 11:59 PM GMT.
Regular registration opens from July 16 to September 7, 2014 11:59 PM GMT.
On-site registration opens from September 14 to 16. Only Japanese cash is acceptable on site.

Japanese VISA to enter Japan can be obtained by yourself via Japanese Embassies in your country , but KNT can help you with additional fee (also described in the following web site).
