Abstract & Paper submission

Please submit your abstract and paper through the Online Conference System (OCS) powered by Springer:

Submissions of Research papers and Works-in-progress papers

ICServ2014 calls for following paper types:

Full papers, which are presenting interesting recent results or novel ideas on service researches.
Short papers (Works-in-progress papers), which are presenting interesting and exciting recent results or on-going research including case studies, or novel ideas on businesses.
Posters, which are focusing on discussion with attendees.

All authors must submit the abstract (100-300 words) of their paper by March 15. Then all authors must submit full and short papers by April 30 using each template.

We encourage practitioners and researchers to submit Works-in-Progress as it provides a unique opportunity for sharing valuable ideas, eliciting useful feedback on early-stage work, and fostering discussions and collaborations among colleagues. All of accepted submissions will be presented as a regular paper presentation, workshops, or posters at the conference.

Full paper submissions should follow the double column format of ICServ2014 with no less than 4 pages and no more than 8 pages. You can find a Microsoft Word template (please do not use LaTeX) below.

Short paper (Works-in-progress paper) submissions allow the following two kinds of format, which should be a text documentation file such as a word file, or a presentation file such as power point slide.
a. a text documentation file, which should be the double column format of ICServ2014 without exceeding 4 pages including tables, figures, and references.
b. a presentation file, such as power point slides with an abstract.

Please use the following template for the submissions.
- Template for full paper
- Template for short paper (a text document) or
- Template for short paper (a presentation(pptx))

Keywords may be selected from the ICServ2014 topics found here.

Accepted full papers and Works-in-progress papers will be published on a single-volume conference PDF file. Only selected full papers will be published by Springer as a book series. Authors of a full paper should sign the Springer Copyright Form. All short paper copyright belongs to the Society for Serviceology.
